Advice Shaving The Chin

Remember to re-lather after your first pass shaving with the grain and go across the grain.  Once you’re comfortable with this re-lather again for your third pass and go against the grain for an amazingly smooth shave.

Advice: Shaving The Chin

Alan writes:

I have been DE shaving for about two months now. Have my technique down, but for the life of me I can’t get that bbs on my chin (ATG) using my DE. The only way I can, is to use a Fusion ProGlide. No cuts, no irritation. I hate having two use two razors and would prefer using my Progess. Any suggestions?

The chin can take some time to perfect. Try taking very short strokes (less than 1/2 inch, 1/4 inch would be better) and overlap the strokes slightly. You will also have to experiment letting your lower lip curl into your mouth to flatten the chin out (without pulling it too tightly).

Happy Shaving,
